IDM Trick:
Go To -> Turn off.
Go To -> Downloads.
Go To -> Options.
Go To -> Connection tab and reset Connection Type/Speed to LAN/10Mbs and enjoy!
Or
Connection Type/Speed -> High Speed + Default max.conn. number -> 32
